These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.oxford-english.com ("Website") and the Engli platform, along with all associated online English-learning products, spoken-English training sessions, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), offered by God Mode Innovative Solutions LLP (CIN/Registration No. ACB-5128), a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India on 07th June 2023, having its registered office at 202, Adhunik Alpine, Church Street, Whitefield, Bangalore – 560066, Karnataka, India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing any Service, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or the Services.

1. About the Services

Engli is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product designed to help users improve their English language skills through self-paced online learning modules, along with structured spoken-English training. Training is delivered through a combination of live one-to-one sessions and pre-recorded sessions, as detailed on the Website at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to register for and use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with the Company.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for the Services are displayed on the Website in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. All payments are processed through Razorpay or other authorised third-party payment gateways. The Company does not store your card, net-banking, or UPI credentials; these are handled directly and securely by the payment gateway.

5. Access to Sessions and Content

Access to recorded sessions and scheduling of live one-to-one sessions will be provided as per the plan purchased. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling preferences for live sessions but does not guarantee availability at every requested time slot.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

•      Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;

•      Share, resell, or redistribute course content, recordings, or login credentials with any third party;

•      Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or extract the underlying software or content of the Website or Engli platform;

•      Engage in abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct towards trainers or other users during live sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Website and through Engli, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, recorded sessions, logos, and course material, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No right, title, or interest in such content is transferred to you other than a limited, non-transferable licence to access it for personal learning purposes.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on this Website.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. The Company does not guarantee any specific learning outcome or proficiency level.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice, in case of any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11. Amendments

The Company may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
